Deposit, Withdrawal & Bonus Policy

The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals at k5666:

  • Minimum deposit: A minimum of ৳300 must be deposited per method.
  • Minimum withdrawal: A minimum of ৳800 can be withdrawn at one time.
  • Processing time: Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
  • Funds deposited to your account will only be returned to the registered payment method.
  • If a suspicious transaction is detected, we may request additional verification and suspend the transaction if necessary.
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals through third parties are not accepted.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

k5666 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus:

  • 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳42,000.
  • Wagering requirement: bonus amount × 25. That means for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager ৳50,000 before withdrawing.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.

General Bonus Policy:

  • A bonus applies to one account only.
  • Attempting to withdraw before meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.
  • k5666 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
  • If abuse or manipulation of a bonus is found, the bonus will be forfeited.
Attempting to claim a bonus by creating multiple accounts or providing false information will result in all accounts and funds being forfeited.

Fair Play, Prohibited Activities & Intellectual Property

7. Fair Play Policy

k5666 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following policies are strictly followed on our platform:

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the k5666 platform and may result in immediate account termination as well as legal action:

  • Registering with false or misleading information.

  • Colluding or cheating in coordination with other players.

Liability, Account Termination & Privacy

10. Limitation of Liability

k5666 is not liable for the following:

  • A game being interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
  • Delays or failures in transactions processed through third-party payment gateways.
  • Issues with the user's own device or network.
  • Unauthorised third-party access to your account (where made possible by your own negligence).
  • Any loss resulting from using our services in violation of applicable law.

If an incorrect payout occurs due to a system error, k5666 reserves the right to correct the amount. The correct calculation will apply in cases of unintentional errors.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

k5666 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms.
  • Failure to verify age or identity.
  • Suspicion of fraud or cheating.
  • Extended period of inactivity (prior notice will be given if there is a balance).
  • At the user's own request (for self-exclusion or responsible gaming reasons).

Before an account is closed, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless the closure is due to fraud. To appeal a closure decision, please contact support.
